if yes, then
multiply the denominator(4) wid the integral part(4----in this case or question) and ADD the numerator(1). therefore, 41/4=17/4.
it is same case as DIVIDEND(17)=DIVISOR(4)* QUOTIENT(4) +REMAINDER(4).
