They REally want to have a good time and be the first to buy the PS3.

Its the same hoopla that surrounds anything new..New car, sneakers, mp3 player, cell phone, jeans, magazine issue, dvd, cd's etc...(it's intrinsic)

People go crazy for this stuff all the time..Personally, I just wait back and wait for the prices to drop before I buy it

I have no clue, but here, people have been friggin CAMPING out side Best Buy for a week!! On Ebay one just sold for $9000!!!

i live in atlanta. and i just heard on the news this morning about some guy who had been waiting in line since sunday afternoon. well he was 2nd in line and he just sold his place in line for 3,000 dollars. now how F'd up is that?/ that is NOT including the game itself. only the palce in line. poeple are truly F'd up.
