Because, they fear they would loose the votes of the people affected by the Supreme court's ruling. See what is happening in Delhi.?

The same government is dilly dallying on the court's verdict on Creamy layer issue, in the reservation to SC/STs.

Further, the Government would loose its benefit, if they enforce the Hon'ble Courts' verdict. See what is happening in Karnataka, about the B-M corridor road case. Supreme court's verdict is not yet honoured by the Karnataka Govt., because, if implemented some ministers and Babus, loose their land, causing them monetary loss to the tune of Crores of Rs.

Your question is a little difficult to follow. Looks like you're asking "why Indian government(s) oppose the rulings of the supreme court?". Not sure that exactly happens, they have the right to appeal, and in some cases they ignore the ruling because of their independent nation status. In either case they almost always resolve the issues at hand.

If you don't like, you don't vote them. Anyway your perception seems to be all wrong.. There is not a single instance of Government going against court. That will become a contempt. If there is ruling against anything they have recourse to change law, in Parliament, with the help of whole house. Supreme Court gives its verdict, as per the prevailing law. Secondly, learn to spell properly. At least you could have taken the help of the articles, you have read. It is not 'hudgeyatra'. It is " Haj Yatra". If they increase subsidy, to them, why you should feel incensed.

Basic answer.. Rulers dont want to follow ther own rules.. Present day Govt. has made mocerry of justice by changing the rules to suit their baston of voters. May it be reservation.. it was resolved at the time of writing of Constitution that Reservation to be scrapped after 50 years.. Now govt. still want more Reservation. As also in case of Ruling regards to MPs office of profit... all these MPS first should have resigned from Parliament... but they changed law to suit themselves...
