You can use peroxide anywhere BUT around the eyes.
There is a product made for tears stains you can get from a vet or pet store. Sometimes, the best option is to trim the excess hair off, as no products is 100%.

Go to your local pet store, they sell a liquid tear stain remover for dogs like yours. It comes in the liquid form, and also on cleaning pads. It doesn't work miracles, but it does help, just use it every day, and gradually the stains will fade. I think the product is called crystal eyes or something like that. We used in at the pet store i worked at on our poodle, and Maltese puppies all the time, they looked great! As for bathing the dog every day that is an absolute no no, poodles tend to have dry skin any way, and that will just make it worse. There are shampoos specially made (once again you can get it at your local pet store) for white dogs, and then there is the corresponding conditioner that i would recommend. good luck, I hope this was in someway helpful

There are specialty shampoos with a bluing agent that work quite well. Make sure you purchase anything to use on your pet from a veterinary supply place, or a vet/groomer, or a pet food store. Never use baby shampoo or human hair products. Shampoos should not contain even trace amounts of alcohol. You can also ask your groomer what he or she recommends. A groomer might have a product for you to try as they have a lot of experience. Even if you do not take your baby to a professional, groomers are usually more than happy to answer questions like this over the phone. Good luck with that precious ball of fluff.

Have you tried bleach? Maybe spraypaint?
Just kidding.
This would be a great thing to call a vet about. I had a rabbit that did the same thing. I used to do as you did though and clean it regualrly for higenic reasons.
A human being's eyes will secrete more fluids when they have allergic reactions. Perhaps your dog has an allergy to something? Are the eyes also red-ish? If so you may definately want to talk to a vet.

thats normal for a poodles eyes to drain and discolor the eyes like that. I dont think there is much you can do but wipe them off daily.
White is boring, ever try dying his hair with koolaid or colored hair spray? especially for the holidays. I have a white dog, hes been colored green and pink for the last two christmas's. Its soo cute.

hi, I have a white dog too, a maltese, the brown around her eyes is caused by the water, give her only purified or distilled water, you could put a litte bit of baking soda around her eye but careful not to get in her eye to remove the brown discolouration. Remember to feed only good quality dog food, no human food.

Take him to vet because it may be eye infection. If not, then there are pads you can try, but I recommend wiping your dogs eyes everyday with a dampened cotton pad with warm water. Your groomer can also shave under eyes occasionally.
There are mixtures that some show dog owner use, but you have to know what you are doing or you could injure your dogs eyes.

Do not bath him everyday you will dry his skin out. You can clean his face and eyes everyday though. I have seen in fosters & smith catalogs wipes for dogs eyes. They may help but I am not sure.
