Once somebody aware of the sexual act just prepared in advance the body with some enema. It was the pre-condom time!
Now with condom that usance is in disuse, but with your stable partner and if you don't want use condom, you even could ask for that again. It's good and useful!

Use an enema to flush out the obvious material.
Remember to lubricate and stretch use a dildo, cucumber, banana,
you get the message.
Use a condom just to be on the safe side.
