My Best friend's sister and her cousin who is also a girl are having an affair. Now...my best friend tried telling his sister it was wrong and since I know his sis and am friends with her I have also told her the same. But she says since they are both girls...there is no harm in them having sex with each other as there are no side effects physically because of that. And she says it makes them both happy and they love being with each other. I mean does she have a point? Are the rules different here because they are both girls? Should I just mind my own business and keep quiet about all this?

All you can do is voice your opinion.

No there is nothing 'right' about this. You don't say how old they are? But if they are younger girls (high school?) this could mess up the rest of their lives. This could turn into a disaster that one or both would regret, and effect future relationships. I would urge you to talk to your best friend and convince him that he needs to speak with his parents if his sister is unwilling to. This could not only change the shape of their lives, but it could also rip a family apart beyond repair. You are right to be concerned and I hope that you can talk your friend into taking steps to stop this before someone gets badly hurt. Best of luck to you!!

You haven't really given us enough information. If they are both minors then this should be reported to the Department of Family Services or the Chldren's Division, 1-877-642-6320. Another concern is, where are the parents? Regardless of their gender, this is considered a violation of the law. I recommend if you are truly concerned about it that you talk to their parents or call the hotline number to report it. You can remain anonymous if so choose.

These two girls are ruining their lives and they're not helping build respect for their family either. This is sick, twisted, perverted and sinful. If they are minors, their parents not only have the right but the responsibility to know and deal with this.

just to let u know, cousins being together is not incestual.. i know of a girl who had a baby for her cousin.. all above board. it may not be what we think is right or mormal but what is??
maybe its the fact that its 2 girls thats bothering u, she'll move on, leave her to try and test out..
she'll move on, this won't be her last relationship, and the main thing is that she's happy
at least no-one will have to worry about a teenage pregnancy!

Start calling the one "Uncle Daddy" and see what happens ....but in her mind...Eaten aint cheeting the family tree ...your not gonna have a real impact on this pair. If they seem happy and are not hurting you ....let'em be ..perhaps they will wake up later on down the road ..... Perhaps in the grand plan of things they were never meant to reproduce ...ya never know....

well...........................

it is frown to do what they do, but since they are cousins, not sisters........

it is in the grey area

technically it is discouraged, but it is legally possible for even a guy and girl cousin to get married to each other, unlike siblings or parent and child; which would be completly against the law
