I'm starting to finish the basement & not sure what size cabinets I can fit into the area for the wetbar area. Is there a free planner on the net that I could use in planning for the cabinets?

Most will be relative to a kitchen, but you may try any of these:

If you want to try and figure this yourself, cabinets come in very standard sizes.
Wall Cabinets are typically 30" tall and the bottom is 54" off of the finished floor. *(You can get cabinets in 12", 15", 18" and 24" tall increments too), They are usually: (depth) 12" ; (width) 12", 15", 18" 21", 27", 30", 33", 36", you can get some cabinets wider. Although most places you will have to order them special.
Base Cabinets are typically 34 1/2" tall. They come in the same widths as above and 24" deep.
You can get filler strips in 3" widths for either wall or base cabinets. These are 3/4" thick wood. Sometimes you have an extra inch or so to take up to make things line up right.
Hope this helped a little bit. Good Luck.
