First of all you should to a dentist to find out y your gums r tingling. Then you need a physical by a qualified Dr.that can run test and diagnose your other symptoms. You may have chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromialsha,or something of that sort .Even if there was a Dr. on this site he/she could not diagnose you without seeing you first.

Are you sleepy? Or fatigued? The difference is that with fatigue, you lose interest in things. That can be a symptom of depression. Vitamin B12 may help, or iron supplements. Too much iron in the body is toxic though, so i would make an appointment with your doctor, before you take anything. I was tired all the time, and I learned that I was anemic. And I was suffering from depression! (when it rains, it pours). I'm doing well now, but only because I sought medical treatment. Is there something in your life bothering you? Maybe going to a therapist might help as well.

It is called lack of nutrition. Yep, your not eatting right. Also try walking or running even if for a few minutes a day. Your energy will increase and your health will improve, also try vitamin B 12. You can get it at a local drug store, it helps with energy and red blood cells that carry oxygen to the body. Hope this helps, I have 3 kids and I have been there, I used to drag my feet out of bed and feel like crap all day!!

Tired and emotional could be signs of depression or signs of not enough sleep. U may think u r getting enough sleep, but u may not be sleeping well. U may also be anemic. Low iron could cause u to feel drained and sleepy. U should see ur dr.

You could easily be depressed. Most of those things are signs of depression especially being constantly tired. Try talking to someone about it, a parent, close friend, a doctor (probably the most effective person but its a lot easier to talk to someone you're close to) But make sure you talk to SOMEONE.

You could be anaemic. That can make you very tired. Also drink some water. It could be hypoglycaemia. This could make you a bit emotional. Have yourself checked out

You need to try drinking a lot of water threw out the day. It sounds like you maybe dehydrated even if you drink fluids. Your body is needing more water.
