Do not tell your boss that she makes mistakes if you want to keep your job and get decent raises.
You would do better to suggest a different solution when you see a correctable mistake.

By telling your boss about the mistakes she made, you are giving her a feedback. Tradionally, feedback is one way. Most of the time the boss is the only one giving the feedback without any hesitation. It's easier to give feedback than to receive one. It is therefore, as a respect, to ask her is you can give her a feedback. She would say yes and you will want to give use words carefully. Do not use the word "Do not" like what I am doing right now. Instead use positive words. Instead of saying "Do not forget about this xxxx....." Try to say, "Please remember to .xxxxx...." For the benefit of your operation, I think she will listen to your suggestions or feedback. If she doesn't like to be told about her mistakes, and it is affecting your operation and relation, please consult with somene higher than your boss. If she is the BIG Boss, this issue might not be resolved and might affect your relationship and moral. It might be better to seek for another workplace.

I used to correct my operations manager all the time, becasue he was an idiot. Everyone thought that he knew what he was talking about cause he was "smooth" but I'd call him out on it. He started recenting me for it, but when he needed help w/something I was the first person he came to or the first person he'd send people to when they needed help. He really had it in for me & when something went wrong he always tried to make it out to be my fault. I ended up leaving the company & went to a better one. I called later to rub it in his face how good we were doing & I found out that he had quit a month after I left. Just one day he turned in all his keys & walked out.
I'd recommend you do tell her. But I'm one of those people that ALWAYS has to be right.

You need to worry about your self and what you are doing. If your boss asks for advice, give it.

be very diplomatic, and present her the solution in a so easy way that she thinks she found it by herself.
