I think one of the best things to do is eat small meals 5-6 times per day to keep your energy up. Also try excercising when you have time--it seems like it would make you more tired, which it does at first, but in the long run you will have more energy. Also, are you in college? If so, schedules tend to be erratic...so maybe you can catch a short nap during a break? Just sleep 15-20 minutes, just long enough to wake feeling refreshed.
Also, if you can help it, don't turn to energy drinks with lots of caffiene. They just cause a crash-and-burn energy, meaning you will have energy for a short time but will feel more tired after it wears off.

Be sure you are getting a good nights sleep. Stay away from alchol before bedtime or other caffine type meals. Eat several small meals during the day. When you start to get tired, get up and stretch and do a few exercises. It will get your blood flowing again, and help get you energized. If you get tired about the same time everyday, try to have a protein snack (peanut butter) before that time hits. Please don't make the mistake of a lot of caffine or other helpers to get you through this time.
