masticate?

I have a need for oral gratification especially since I quit smoking so I 've always got gum or something in my mouth. I would have to say that I masticate quite a lot during the hours that I'm awake.

I eat like a ravenous animal most meals. Not much mastication going on in my mouth!

Many times. I once had a fifth grade teacher who made us chew our milk ten times. She said the action caused our mouth to release enzymes to help with digestion. Oops, gotta go, I need a bite of water.

During every meal and at work every time I snitch something off the salad bar. So, actually quite often.

usually only at meal times. but it sounds like you might like to swap the 'c' for a 'b' and do it too often. lol .
