The concept of race is a social concept, not a genetic one.
It is possible for us to select an individual to represent some idealized example of a white person, a black person and so on, but if you examine their cousins you will soon note that some will be more or less in possesssion of the trait you are focusing on.
At the genome level we humans are all one race. It is horribly ironic that the arabs and the jews are indistinguishable genetically and very similar in cultural traits like language, and eating rules and in many other ways.
Among jews, some migrated out of the middle east toward Europe many centuries ago, some migrated south to southern Ethopia. Today there is a population of jews who appear to be black Africans and some jews from Europe appear to be Northern European.
It's most accurate to think that we are all one race which varies in color, hair type etc.

There are only three basic races of humans: Mongoloids from Asia, Caucasoids from Europe and Negroids from Africa. Arabs and Jews are examples of the Semitic branch of the Caucasoid race. Abraham is fictional, so no one descended from him. Even if he had really lived, he would be Caucasoid.

Caucasian refers to color, not to race.
I am one of the whitest people I know, I am of Irish and Cherokee Indian heritage.
I know others who have only "white" heritage who are as dark or darker than many of the Hispanic population.
I know Hispanic people who are as white as I am.
I know black people who could pass for white.
I know some people that no one can figure out what race to categorize them into...black?, white?, Hispanic?, American Indian?, Indian?, etc.
There are "Arabs" as you call them that are different shades of color.
There are "Jews" as you call them that are different shades of color. (I guessing that you are referring to the Jewish people of the middle east as in Jerusalem.)
This always gets people to wondering whether or not Jesus was white, dark, or somewhere in between. He was a Jew. The Jewish people do tend to have different coloring and features than the typical Jesus pictures we see.
And by the way...what does it matter?

Arabs are not caucasian.
Judiasm is a religion, not a race. My husband is white (descended from Eastern Europeans), and is Jewish.
