Voting in the US?

1. You cannot vote if you are not a U. S. Citizen.
2. You cannot vote if you are not registered to vote for any reason.
3. You cannot vote if you have been convicted of a felony and have not had your voting rights reinstated.
4. You cannot vote if you have been adjudicated to be mentally incompetent and have not had your voting rights reinstated. (At least that is the case in Virginia)

4. All those Florida voters who in the last Presidential election were denied their right to vote because they had the same name as a convicted felon.
