We used to do that every year at the retail store I used to work at. First of all the survery was confusing because you didn't know which supervisor you were commenting on at any givin question. I always gave the store a bad rating. The place sucked, the pay sucked, and the management sucked.

My jobs didn't give a crap, so they did not give us surveys, but I would have loved to give them a bad rating.
