yes its it called the scannig electron microscope I believe

There is no microscope that allows direct observation of atoms. The closest thing to it that exists is the scanning tunneling microscope, which can provide a 3D digital image of surface topography, where raised points ("bumps") in the topographic map correspond to individual atoms. It shows the placement of atoms in a matrix, rather than any detail of the individual atoms.
