It's my right one - but since I've had a vasectomy they both hang lower than they used to!

The left testicle usually hangs lower than the right. That means the one that's closest to YOUR left hand (i.e. not "left" in the mirror, not "left" for someone else looking at you...)

It's temperature controlled, they both hang lowest depending on the heat regulation cycle they are in.
