That is actually quite simple. Go to your bank, assuming that you have one, and see if they offer a secured credit card. Then, also assuming that you have the money, you would put say $500 dollars into the account and they would issue you a credit card. you can only spend what you have put in and you would still have to pay the balance like a normal credit card. It is a smart way to start and it will build your credit without having the chance for you to run up huge bills.
Cheers

Without an income how are you going to pay the bill? Don't get into that bind at so young an age. It can affect you for YEARS!
Get a job, have a reserve built up and get a low limit card which you can pay off monthly or every 2 months. Build a good credit rating and you'll be much better off all your life.

if you are 18 the credit card offers should be flooding your mail box. If you have a job you just list it your income on the application. Do not need proof.

Trust me, from experience, you don't want one. They are bad news. If you don't have the money to buy what you want then you shouldn't be buying it. If it has something to do with wanting to buy things online or something you can get a bank account and they will give you a debit/credit card that takes the money right out of your account! YOU DON"T WANT A CREDIT CARD! THEY ARE BAD!
