ive been unwell for a few days now ive been vomiting this has all cleared up but my pulse rate still seems to be high its only suppose to be between 60 and 100 but mine is 115 in worried about this and was woundering what i could do to get it down.

go to the doctor
could be many reasons from anxiety to too much caffeine
but best to have it checked out by a professional especially if you're vomiting.

There are myriad causes for tachycardia (heart rate above normal range, generally above 100 beats/min). ECG is one of the 1st test generally conducted. Tachycardia is not necesarily due to heart pathology. Medical conditions like anemia, hyperthyroidism can precipitat it too. Even anxiety can cause some tachycardia and sight tachycardia is not necessarily associated with any serious underlying pathologies. Neurologist.

Take gentle exercise such as a brisk walk. it will rise while you are doing it but should fall after 10 minutes rest.
If it persists get to a doctor.

see your Doctor to get an idea what is causing all of these symptoms, vomiting alone will make your pulse go sky high.

sounds like a thyroid problem to me. Go see your doctor immediately.
