Help on Pricing for Drum Parts?

Question

I Have a 5 piece CB Drum Set.with a 16" Ride Cymbal. i need the Heads for the Snare (14"), the 2 toms (12",13") and the Floor Tom (16"_and the Bass Drum (22") on the side where the pedal hits the bass. i also need the Hoops and Rods for the 2 Toms. and and hoop and claws for the Bass Drum.
Other stuff i need

I want to know if getting all the parts are worth it
and how much is it... i don't know alot about Drums
that's why im asking 4 help... Or Is it better to buy a new one???
remember i don't have much $$$ and im 16

well im not a drummer.......im a bassist...but my father and my brother are drummers......anyway,drums are alway expensive in my opinion.....im sure you dont want to hear that,but for all the parts you need....i would definitly shop around for used items......before you buy.....do a search for a drummer website....where its nothing but drummer sharing product information........ive been doing this with bassist forums and found out all kinds of information and advice......its been an incredible help........you should be able to get all your feed back for such a site......neway,i know i wasnt a big help,but good luck and keep music your salvation.......
