not sure dont think msn plus has a block checker plugin ... but does it matter if people block u or not ? am sure u have blocked ppl from time to time .. i know i do sometimes if theres someone online i dont want to talk to at a particular moment ... if u want to know if u are on someones contact list msn plus can tell u that ....but u can also check to see who has added u in yor tools and options section .....

I am not sure if it will help, but it does have a lot of features.

escapes me why you would want to know if you where blocked, if you dont know why you where and you think someone had access to your mail or PC
