The one with the little wind up toy & the creepy song 'Let me call you sweetheart'. What are the other really bad adverts you've seen??

if u think their adverts are cr*ap, then u should try working for them ! i used to work in technical support, taking phone calls to do with faulty phones..... all i can say is that there are some total freaks out there..... for example, one guy rang up and claimed he was being abducted regularly by aliens, and wanted to know if his phone insurance was valid if he left the earth's atmosphere !!! the scary thing was that he was totally serious..... as for Orange adverts, they have always been dead arty-farty.... remember one of their early ones - it was all in black and white, and there was a guy with a large dead fish on his head for some mad reason - the best thing though was that Boddingtons Beer did a similar advert about a year later, taking the p*ss out of it ! the advert i really hate at the moment though is that Boots one, where they have all those models done up to look like they've been in a fight with a clown's make-up bag...... the slogan says 'be gorgeous this xmas time' - well, if that's gorgeous, then god help us all !!!

well I just cannot stand the advert with the boy on the toilet. I'm sorry, babies in nappies I can just about tolerate, but this kid is about five surely, what on earth possesed the advertisers to think that what we want to see at teatime is a five year old boy on the loo?

Oh yes. I have hated it from the start and only last night when I said to someone "I don't even know what it's for" that I found out it was Orange. I can't usually stand to watch it till the end.

I like that ad! I think it's Laurel & Hardy that are singing in it.

I will just say though - even though you think it's creepy and don't like it, it's obviously worked because it's stuck in your head and you have remembered what the advert was for - exactly what the advertisers want!
