1) Make sure to eat plenty of fruits. Red bell peppers are a brilliant source of nutrition for your skin. Also drink plenty of water!
2) You can work your way up to running fast by starting out jogging. Get used to jogging first at a slow pace and gradually increase your pace. Eventually, jogging for about 15 minutes will cause you to release endorphins and you will have a great burst of energy. Use that energy to run fast!
3) Staring at the computer or T.V. for a long period of time can cause strain on your eyes. Remember to sit at least 1 foot away from the computer screen and periodically look out the window or off in a distance so your eyes can focus on different things, so your eyes won't go through a ton of strain.
4) Drink chamomile herbal tea and take a nice relaxing bath. You should be able to fall asleep after this deep relaxation. You could also ask someone to give you a nice back rub!
I hope all this is helpful! Best wishes, Millie

4.) Start thinking about all the details of the day ahead. Eventually you will get bored, and fall asleep. I try and think of where everything is that I need for the day. It makes me tired...
