If the striker kick the ball out of the goal keeper base line, den it will be a goal kick. If the opposing team hit or deflect the striker's ball and it went out, den it will be the attacker ball. It will be a corner kick.

goal kicks are to get the ball back into play from out of bounds behind the goal - goal line only...like if an attacker took a shot and missed...if a defender touched it b4 it went over the line then it's a crner kick from...the corner flag(b/w goal line and side line)...getting the ball back into play from the side lines is a throw in...the team that touched it last loses possession...when a team score the opposition get the ball back from the centre and it's called a kick off...

If team A last touches the ball and it goes over team B's goal line, then it is a goal kick for team B.

If team A last touches the ball and it goes over team A's goal line, then it is a corner kick for team B.

It's actually very simple and logical!

*** Like the third poster said, the team which last touch the ball loses possession when the ball goes over the goal line.

When it crosses the line, the ball is turned over, so the defenders become the attackers. The new attackers have the ball.
