click on "file" then click on save then drag down to 3 in floppy and save

First, I assume you have a floppy drive connected to your computer. If the problem is knowing how to connect the drive, you may need to go to an electronics store, like Frye's or Altex, to get cables or other hardware to make the connection. Or, buy an inexpensive external floppy drive (some will plug into the USB port).

Once you have the drive connected, open 'My Computer', either in the Start Menu or on the Desktop (depending on how you have the computer configured). You should see the floppy drive listed as a storage device, make sure there is a floppy in the drive, and double click it to open it. You should be able to drag files to the drive from the desktop or other windows.
