I found the fish I want, I even named him (LOL). He is a little bigger than my other 2 fish. My moor is about an inch and my shubunkin is about an inch and a half. I think the new ryukin I want to add is about 2.5-3 inches. Will this be ok?

A lot of that depends on the type of fish you are planning to put together. I used to own a fish store. There are aggressive fish that will eat fish bigger than they are. If you are talking about passive fish the rule of thumb is......If it will fit in the other fishes mouth, it will eat it. You can not mix aggressive and passive fish. The same rule goes for all fish. Even if you are putting two aggressive fish together....The types of fish you have mentioned are ok together. Watch and see if the others pick on the new one.

Depends on tank size.
Some fish can be territorial.
Check with a reputable pet store or a good website that deals with fish/aquariums.
I can't remember what a ryukin is and if I'm not mistaken, shubunkins can get fairly large.

Just don't add a large cichlid. Probably rule out cichlids. Stay away from preditory fish.
