I find that rhythm can be difficult to remember how to spell. I've also had difficulty with the word restaurant. I have learned to remember it by breaking it into: rest * aura * nt.

I word I detest is: ***** (Yahoo! is apparently as offended by it as I am, and won't let me spell it out in its entirety)

Men use it to demean women. To put them in their place when they complain. To silence them. To strip them of their worth, or their ability to contribute anything other than their biological functions. To disenfranchise them. To dis-empower them. To unjustly sour others against them. And there is no male equivalent to *****. If you call a man a Bastard, you're making a comment about his mother's lack of matrimonial achievement. If you call him a Son of a *****, you're back to insulting a woman again. ***** is a circular insult with no end -- like being on a merry-go-round of psycho-sexual assault which never stops spinning.

Titillating. When the word is used in a non-sexual way such as "The comedian's political take on President Bush was titillating to the audience", I still can't help but visualize someone fondling a woman's nipples!

We've got a word (I speak Afrikaans, I'm from South Africa), it is
-- poes ---- it means vagina. (In english you pronounce it poos, but a short sound on the oo of poos, so it is poes). It is so disgusting, most men uses it because they think it is cool, like poes cold, poes pretty, poes drunk, everything is poes.

I can't stand the use of it. Men using that word has got no respect for females!!!

It is disgusting!
