I took a November trip to Vegas a few years ago--the weather was nice- no jacket needed at night- short sleeves or even sleeveless will be fine

That all depends on what you want to do there. If all you want to do is gamble, how you dress doesn't really matter, so you could bring all casual. If you plan on hitting the clubs, then bring some club clothes. Bringing something semi-formal is always a good idea, too, if you want to feel fancy going into one of the more upscale casinos or restaurants in Vegas.
But remember, you never know what will happen in Vegas, so if you don't have the right clothes don't worry you can always buy them there.

You'll lose so much money there, here's a great way to save some of it: I have coupons that give you $500 in cash, chips, meals, drinks, shows and slot play at the major casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Let me know how many you can use.

I think perhaps I would have to know if you are a man or a woman..but basically if you like to dress up at night go for it, or go casual, it really does not matter I dont think these days. (Apart from some casinos which have a dress code). It is hot there tho so I guess no winter coats! Take your cash and have fun and when you win you can buy a whole wardrobe!

For sure take some jeans, t-shirts, light weight jacket or sweatshirt, as well as one that is a slight bit heavier, and some comfortable shoes for walking and standing. If you're the partying type, you might also want to take something that you consinder nice for a evening at the club. Also, it might be a little windy as well as cold so you should take a hat (skull, baseball, whatever you choose).
HAVE FUN!!!

just come back today, the weather is great. take t-shirts, shorts, shades and a cap. for nights, if you want to go to a nice place, shirt and pants gets you noticed more quickly than t-shirt and jeans
