Go to YouTube and search for 'Peter Andre feat. Jordan' and listen to their duet before it has been through auto-tune. It will have you in stitches.

He is especially respected by the nonathletic children, such as Jimmy. The motive behind his constant display of athletic prowess is that he is a tremendous show off, even more so than Eddy. Kevin thrives on the constant attention and admiration that he earns. He brags about his father's job at the Jawbreaker factory, thus earning the respect (coupled with envy in Eddy's case) of the other kids.

I put on my favorite music, try to get the house to myself and dance around like crazy!
Or I just take my ipod with me and go out into the woods behind my house. The fresh air clears my head.
Doing something nice for yourself (painting your nails, making a face mask out of items you have in your kitchen, baking some healthy muffins) can also help you to feel better.
And, of course, calling someone can help to cheer you up.
Hope you feel better. You'll probably be back to your old self tomorrow.

I often feel like that at the end of a working day in the office... what I do is.. go to the gym after work... it releases all that tension and anger from the day... and even gives you energy to get through the evening better... exercising releases happy chemicals in the brain to perk you up.. then after that I go home.. put my favourite music on loud that perks me up so I can hear it in the shower and boogie and sing about in the shower.. no one can see you (look at me telling my secrets! haha) ... but it does work for a 'pick me up'
Good luck... hope it helps
Hope your day gets better
xx

I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe you could try msn some of your friends and live chat with them, share with them how you feel today. Or having dinner with your family can also cheer you up. You can also rent a good movie, you might cheer a bit up!!!

Oh, darling! I have JUST the things! First of all, do you have any oranges or orange juice? The vitamin C really gives you a naturally sunny feeling. It's true! Always remember that.
Second. I just think that this is soooo hilarious and it always makes me smile. Its a clip from the TV show Family Guy.

Okay try this,
Take a few moments out.
Take a few deep breaths.
Imagine yourself in a paradise.
You are surrounded by green fields and trees.
You can hear the songs of tiny birds in your ears.
You sat infront of beautiful a stream.
You can hear the relaxing gurgling sounds coming from the water.
You can clearly see the face of the B*star*d you are holding beneath the surface as he struggles for air.
You feel relaxed and calm.
Always works for me.

What kind of stuff did you like when you were really young? Coloring pictures? Drawing nonsense things? Buying a snow cone in your favorite flavor(s)? Don't be afraid to "go back in time" like that for a little while...no one has to know but you and the Lord.

Take three very long, deep breaths.
Sit up straight and lift your head up.
Relax your facial muscles and then form the tiniest hint of a smile.
Know that a lot of other people are feeling the same way.

Well then, shopping is out.
Do something for someone who is ill or aged and can't do for themselves. You'll be surprised how good doing for others can make you feel.
If you don't know anyone, visit a nursing home. They can tell you at the office or nurses station who could use the company.
