Need to know how I can find out if I'm really divorced .very low income

You can call the local family court house and find out if you are divorced. Well the court house local to the one who filed for the divorce anyway. They should be free or you may have to pay a small copying fee.

Go to the court where the divorce decree was filed. They will probably charge you about $3.00 for a copy.
