Try peroxide, the same stuff you use on a cut. It takes stains out good.

Try a weak solution of 1/2 and 1/2 white king or other bleach mixed with water. Leave on for only 1-2 minutes at a time before washing. then reapply as stain fades.

Very carefully, put some bleach on a rag or QTip, and rub, until it lifts. Have some soapy water nearby, and rinse. This may help. Or, if it doesn't, you might have to sand the area carefully, and reapply some wood stain, and sealer. Good luck.

you could always try copper pipe cleaner, its called polypipe it's about £3 for a small tin, its available from most plumbing shops, i know it sounds strange, but i used to work in a glass shop and we used to remove dirt, glue and muck from pratically anything

You have got to be careful that you don't spill on anything

you will have to strip that spot, or try hair peroxide just to that spot, but watch it close and get it off fast or it will be lighter than the rest of the floor.

Somehow I get the feeling you may have to take a power sander to the floor, and refinish it.
