I use a firewall from AOL that allows me to view the IP addresses of computers that are frequently blocked from accessing my computer ports. I use a wireless card and gateway to access the internet, on a personal secure network.
Can anyone explain to me what it means when other computers try to access mine? Does it have anything to do with using a wireless connection and other computers trying to connect through mine?
Thanks

Regarding networking: I have a Microsoft Pocket PC (PDA), and want to use the same gateway to access the internet. Do I only need to purchase a wireless card for the device?
