Yes I do. Until I feel comfortable and understand what is going on or what will happen, that is only when I stop from worrying about certain things: Career, finances, future goals, etc

Yes. I worry about everything and it has actually caused me health problems. My doctor had to put me on anti-anxiety meds because I would get so worked up and worried over everything that my body would freak out and my stomach would try to digest itself which lead to a constant stomach ache. Not fun- if you're worrying too much, get some help..

I use to but I've realized that worrying wont solve the issues, some things are just out of your control.

Never longer than about 10 seconds. You just gotta let go and let God sometimes about certain things. I've yet to gain anything from worrying about it... quite the opposite, actually.

seems like you could be worrying unnecessarily over unnecesary worry. ...if you keep saying the word worry over and over it becomes a really stupid sounding word.....worry, worry, worry,worry.
