If the scroll bar at the top of my computer is blank...?

which usually shows the websites my husband and I visit, does it mean he deleted all of the items? Or is there another reason for this?

he cleared the histoy right click the start button>search>*.jpg look in local disk C: >advanced choose system folders,hidden files and folders and subfolders
