Try putting lost into a yahoo search engine and go to the website that says losttv.com (I am not sure if that is the website but it definitely has lost and tv in it,its also called the unofficial fan site) and look under episodes there should be a link to download different episodes for free. you might have to wait for season 3 to finish first though.

Download BitComet - www.bitcomet.com- then go to www.torrentspy.com and type in LostS03E01 (Season 3, Episode 1) choose the one with the best "health" (a green bar on the right hand side). Then click download torrent. Then you see a dialog box asking which programme you want to open it with. Choose Bitcomet if it's not there automatically. Bitcomet then opens and you click ok and the download begins! Can take a while though - max I've experienced is about 5hrs. Also be aware that it's not actually legal...... (*looks innocent and polishes halo*)

you can download a programme called ppmate for free, just search 'download ppmate'. ITS ABSOLUTELY FREE. if you then enter this programme you can watch new movies for free or any lost series 1,2, or 3. its all timed so you may have to wait a few hours for the episode you are on, or you can sit through the repeats of the ones you have already enjoyed! have fun lost fans.
