Florida laws protected his pension only. The only way he can collect moneys from this book is to have someone else collect on paper.

Any money from a book deal is not exempt under Florida law, so one would expect the Goldman's attorney to seek an injunction to freeze the profits. From all news accounts, Simpson seems to be living off his NFL pension so I personally doubt he has hidden accounts of any type. I can't believe the jury let this guy walk!!!

I don't know if he can keep the money or not...I have a feeling the answer is yes or he wouldn't have agreed to do it. I am shocked and appalled that a publishing house is allowing him to do the book....it's sick!
