Try spraying outside of glass, very close to cup with Pam, put ice in glass and sit cup in hot water, not enough to cover cup but about half-way, The idea is the ice will shrink on the glass, hot water expand on the cup, the Pam will provide a lubricant to loosen the two, a twisting and pulling should get it free.

first pour some water between the glass and the cup. This should seep between and reduce the size of the air-pocket. It may even unstick them. If it does not then slowly heat up the bottom of the cup. The expansion of the air due to heat should pop the glass out. And because there is some water in there it shouldhappen quickly (hence heating the cup slowly. You dont want to have to remove the glass from your roof.
GOOD LUCK

Warm soapy water, easing it gently. Or, try spraying a little WD40 oil on the main part where it's stuck. Obviously the cup and glass will have to be well washed after wards, but it should do the trick

Put ice in the inside cup so it will contract. Run hot water on the outside cup to make it expand and then PULL! If that doesn't work, try a hammer!

Put ice in the Glass & heat the cup by immersing in warm water almost up to the rim. Then periodically try to pry apart by pulling the glass outwards after loosening it by circular & to & fro pulls.
