Where can I find cheap VSAT equipments and cheap broadbankd connections.?

I have a need to help the poor and downtrodding have access to Internet. Getting cheap VSAT and connection will help us offer the services to the poor effortlessly.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as cheap VSAT. Your best bet would be to approach one of the service providers with your plan and see if they will donate the equipment or service or offer it at a steeply discounted rate.
