I don't know all(or any of) the details but you are his girlfriend and your boyfriend has a right to have a best friend boy or girl.
If you trust him than there is nothing to be jealous about. My personal opinion of jealousy is that you are feeling insecure about something. Talk to him about what is bothering you. If you think hes doing something wrong or behind your back the truth always comes out with or without your help. You can only control what you do and how you handle it.
