Has anyone seen the movie, The War? Did you like it? Why? Why not?

Yes I've seen it. It's actually a very good movie. Sad, but inspirational. The message behind it is a good one. Also, the actors/actresses choosen for the roles were done well ( Elijah Wood, Kevin Costner). Good movie!

yes i did like it the father (kevin costner) tried to teach his kids about love ,tolerance and forgiveness and the best part of the movies was when the mother (mare winningham) told the teacher off about being ignorant and calling the black girl hey there you little colored girl instead of by her name . I wanted to smack that teacher too. good luck and god bless and happy thanksgiving.
