You have to remove the lug nuts first !!

Unscrew the lug-nuts a few turns, jack up the vehicle then with length of wood ( A piece of2x4 about 4 feet long is ideal ) whack the inside face of the tire firmly. If the wheel is still not free, rotate the wheel 180 degrees and repeat. It should free the wheel.

OK it sounds stupid but yes the wheel is still stuck to the hub. The culprit is rust. WD works great in light duty applications but not so well for this. I usually just sit back and kick the tire on either side until it starts to work loose or pops free. make sure that the jack is secure or the truck is blocked up before you do this because you'll be rocking the boat pretty hard. Good Luck.

Jack the wheels up, remove the lug nuts and take a heavy hammer and strick the lower part of the rim. The vibration will cause it to turn loose. I've had this problem many times.

the clearance is tight. put a lug nut on half way and hit the tire with a big hammer. not the rim. a hammer for nails is way to small.

after you have removed all lugs, use a large hammer and hit tires surface in different areas, sounds like you've been in salt water

Try kicking the heck out of the tire on one side with the truck lifted and well stabilized. that should break any corrosion seal.
i.e.: kick the S__ out of it.
