I currently have a PS2 and I am stuck between getting an Xbox 360 or the waiting for the new PS3. All my friends who have the 360 sya it is amzaing and that I shouldd just get that system but, I would have to buy new games, controllers, etc because I don't have that system. I have also heard that because of the PS3's price and game compatablility that it really isn't worth it...? I read somewhere that almost 200 games do not have compatability with the PS3. I would appreciate any advice you may have. Please tell me why you would get the system...Thanks

I played games on a PS3 development kit at work (EA Sports) over a year ago and was impressed with it. Only thing is that it did not look anything like the final release. Looked like a tan PC tower with a PSP hanging out for a controller. Graphics were cool and game play fantastic, even for beta games. I got my PS3 free from my landlord who works for Sony in Foster City, CA three days ago and am impressed! It's a great investment!

that is all purely opinion. 360's are genereally concentrated extra in route of jsut the hardcore gamer with titles like gears of warfare. It does not placed a lot of an emphasis on multimedia. The ps3, even as not the most familiar in words of video games is able to somethings that the 360 isn't operating example the blu ray participant. all of it comes all the way down to what you'd be utilizing it for.

I have seem both the PS2 and X-box 360, X-box 360 has FAR better gaming, graphics are amazing!! Plus dont fall into the hype of the PS3 and end up spending to much for it when it comes out today. X-box is cheaper, and WAY better.

This is the concept my son has. We will be getting the PS3. First reason, I'm just a fan of the Sony Playstation so it's my first choice. Second, a lot of my son's friends own the X-box 360 therefore if he wants to play it he goes over their house. The best of both worlds don't you think.

To tell you the truth, I'm not really much of a sony fan or microsoft fan. I'm a die-hard fan of Nintendo though. I say you shoud really get the DS lite. It has superb graphics, outstanding gameplay, it looks sleek and cool ( just like Apple products), and many more. For more info on the DS lite you could search it in the websites listed below.

Playstation 2 is better than xbox. The graphics and control handiling was better to me. Go for the PS3

Playstation 3. in my opinion the only reason to own a Xbox 360 if for HALO and DEAD OR ALIVE.

the 360 is much cheaper, with the extra money you could get games, controllers, and other stuff, you would still pay as much as the ps3
