Work really hard! She needs all here science subjects, good maths and English, a balance of other subjects (at GCSE), then she needs excellent A levels, again in sciences, maths and English. After that she needs to choose her medical school well and spend the next 7 years working her socks off. I applaud your daughter's decision and I hope she makes it in a truely rewarding career.
