i need way to much help to ask a friend let alone someone i dont know but thanks for the offer... see i may be getting a divorce depending on if my husband decides to keep drinking or not.. i am making him choose and if he doesnt choose me then what does that say for our 19 yrs together? my son is not behaving well he cusses and carrys on like he is mentaly challanged (hes not) my family never talks to me... and i am totally broke dont even know if i have enough to get any xmas this yr. and to top that all i havent had any good s-x in over a year.... hey but thanks for asking and letting me vent

On a sour note.....................
A stupid incident at work and I don't know what really brought it on . I am so tired of the stupidity of it all.
A girl at work wants me to work with my windows screens open to max. I prefer to have screens open at min so I can have access to my desktop and other screens readily .
what is the problem here.
I work with many screens minimized as I find that easier to work on . I need at least 4 open at a time or rather I work with 4 open at a time some have them all at max I minimize them. Others have 5 to 6 screens open but all maxed. I dont' like it cause it hurts my eyes. What my wondering mind goes to is, what is the difference which way I do my work so long as I do it.
So whats the problem If I get my work done. It seems to confuse other people when they watch me work. and so what? I dont' ask them to do it my way.... If they are confused they don't have to do it my way. I don't pressure others to do it like I do.???
Somehow that confuses the people I work with and they assume that it confuses me.
I didn't ask them to work on my computer. so whats the big deal.
Somehow I believe there is something underneath it all.
I have received open praises on the manner in which I handle clients as well as the manner in which I handle situations. that is directly in the office instead of in private.
I dont' know if this is what brought it all on.
Openly I have received thanks on the way I have done things for my managers.
Its Not a supervisor telling me or making a suggestion. Its the gperson, that trained me ...
I don't like being controled and I prefer doing what works best for me.
If its a suggestion doesn't it matter if I want to do it or not? instead of being forced to do something I dont' want to do.............
Suggestions usually come with if you think it would work for you then do it. It doesn't work for me I tried. it. one day.
I asked if there had been mistakes that I was making NO
I asked if there was seomthing that I should be doing that I am not doing NO
I asked if I was slow at doing my position NO
I asked it there was something that I was mixing up NO
Then I asked what is the difference if I have the screens up the way they are and I get
Try it that way for a while if you don't like it then go back to the way you were doing it

This Makes no sense to me other than manipulative means. Do people like control. She is a younger person and makes it seem like I am doing something really weird. but I am not, I know I am not many use minimized screens So what is this?

I am really confused on this issue and I don't know what the heck its all about
I take great pride in my work and I have no idea where all of this come from.
Sometimes some people interfere where there is no need.
This is just a co worker that trained me and I still am confused as to what brought all of this on
I told her that I had believed that I was doing well with my work and that I suddenly feel that I am not doing a good job.
Its really strange the way some people like to manipulate others
Sick of this stupid stuff. Dictatorship?
I just don't understand where people come from
