Green Day. They have been around longer and their music is just better. Their Dookie album was awesome, which was over ten years ago, and they are still making great music. My favorite song is "Basket Case".

Simple plan is way better than Green Day....Green Day was a lot better before they became all serious and everything....I would say that Simple Plan is Punk Rock and the greatest song that they have ever sang is perfect.......and untitled.......these songs are really good because they are more of their sad songs....Simple Plan is awesome because they have funny songs and sad songs

greenday is better it is in the genre of punk rock....simple plan is in the genre of whiny little teenage bitchboys with nothing better to do, but complain about thier boringly average middle class lives.
"oh , poor me life is so hard, i wish i could just die, wah wah blah blah, PFFT, " - they should tried being a kid a hundred years ago, when they had none of what they do now.......

eco-friendly Day. They have been around plenty longer than effortless Plan. I did meet them (SP) back in '03, nonetheless. They have been very nicely, surprising. yet i like eco-friendly Day's music a helluva lot greater proper.

They're both Pop-Rock. Simple plan is more Pop than Rock.
And they both suck. Actually research some good bands!
