According to the Error Message it appears that your Operating System is Windows XP. Well, this can be simply rectified using the following solutions.

As a matter of fact, there may be a loose connection of your Hardware Components. To verify this, remove your Computer Casing and you will find the RAM (Random Access Memory) a small rectangular circuit that is connected to the Motherboard. Just remove it and plug it back and make sure other cables are securely connected. Close the casing and restart your computer. If the problem is solved, you can go ahead but, if you still encounter the same problem, insert a Bootable Windows XP CD into your CD ROM and select the CD ROM as the First Boot Device from your BIOS (Press Del or F2 at startup) and restart your computer and boot from the CD and then it detects that a previous Windows XP was detected and will ask you whether it needs to recover that OS. You have to select Yes at this moment and see the magic after it completes the recovery process. Your computer should work like normal without any more Blue Screen Errors. THIS STEP WILL WORK 100%

Most of the information above is useless because you can't boot into Windows, so I recommend you first open your PC Box and use a hair dryer to blow off all the dust except for the ones on the PC fan then you need to unscrew the fan and manually blow it off, or use the hair dryer again, I tried that and it works pretty well, but you should also try moving any memory to another slot because that one slot maybe that fixed your issue. If it did not try downloading Windows Memory Scan and see if your memory is corrupt.

appears like there's a placing or settings which have replaced causing the blue show screen to look, once in probability-free mode attempt to revive your laptop to a formerly time. if this does not help there's a problematical ware issue to revive to a formerly time, flow to regulate panel, then device and protection (residing house windows 7). i'm not a 100% confident that you'll restore in probability-free mode yet provide it a flow any way.

YIKES! ... any message that has DUMP and MEMORY in the same sentence can't be good!! I would start by running the Disk Cleanup program. It's in the Program File / Accessories / System Tools folder. Good Luck!

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

If you cant get through this after several reboots, the only answer is to format your partition. If this also doesnot solve the problem, remove all partitions and create new ones and load the OS.
