The first thing which matters is the acting of the main character...and in the old Don Amitabh was great...he suited for the role perfectly and in the sequel Srk tried a lot but he could not get that Amitabh Impact.(he was great though)..but it is to be noted that the climax of the Srk Don was different & superb

Well...according to me both the Don movies are equally good
