My friend needs an outfit for a xmas party its not hers she is going with a friend who doesnt have a date!! Its a meal at the hilton in sheffield and then out on the town any suggestions so i can help her. We dont want to be there all day shopping and not knowing what we are looking for!!

i would go for a little black dress with red accessories. maybe a dress with a little sparkle.
plain black stilletoes, maybe a little shrug,
monsoon have got some nice, sophisticated dresses, and nextdoor to accessorize for the - erm - accessories!
try the strawberry and champagne soup at the hilton, its LOvELY!!! (its a desert)

Elegant but not ball gown ott is I reckon. I'm definately one for mixing less expensive items with a few nice accesories and this week I found the perfect skirt and blouse in..... Wait for it...... ASDA! They have a satin/silk look black pencil skirt that reaches just below the knee for £18. Its fab. Then they also have a black satin/silk look blouse for £10. The blouse should be worn tucked into the skirt with some nice heels, a little bag and some gorge earrings! Sophisticated glamour for under £30!

An outfit for a Christmas party should look seasonal but elegant. I would recommend her to wear an elegant black dress, with red high-hills and a red sophisticated bag. Red always is a must in Christmas.

tell her to buy a pair of trousers and a short jacket to match and a fun party top, she can wear the short jacket during dinner and take it off when out on the town to reveal the party outfit hey presto 2 outfits in one

Look for a nice dark coloured trouser suite and nice white blouse, it is something you could wear over and over again, have a nice party, happy Xmas.
