ok i want to move files from outlook to desktop i know most of it how to but cant find move to new folder?

on outlook i just can find move files to out look not from outlook please help

HI,

Pls find below the procedure

goto File->Data File Management
Click "Add"
in the next popup, select "office ... (.pst) "
give a name.
click "ok" & "Close"

In your Outlook,on the left side you can see a folder "Personal Folder" and below tht "Delated Folder", "Inbox".
Right Click on "Personall Folder" and select "New Folder"
Crete another folder "Sent".

now you can move all your mails from your outlook (server) to the Personal Folder.

Although you can drag and drop messages to the desktop from Outlook, it doesn't make much sense to do so. You can detach file attachments from a message if you wish. Just right click on the attachment and select Save As from the context menu.

Just open your outlook ,click and pull the file you want to move to desktop
Or open your outlook,open the file you want to move to desk top
click file at top , then save as choose desk top
