I apologized to the guy after doing it and realize it was wrong, the guy continue to talk and still offered parmesan and others and I said no and go. Gave him $20 for a $14 dollar pizza, I know it is wrong, I didnt know he pressed charge against me and got arrested, I am afraid that this will affect my future and will have a permanent record, is there a way to remove that and not appear.

The only way to get this taken care of without going to court is for the pizza guy to drop the charges. Even if he drops the charges this will only keep you from having a criminal record for assault.
You will still have an arrest record. To get the arrest record taken off you would have to get a lawyer and get the arrest expunged. Note: Assault can be committed by just telling someone that you are going to beat them senseless. You do not even have to touch the other person. If you make a verbal threat to inflict physical harm on someone that alone is assault. When you physically touch them it becomes battery.

arrest and convictions are two different things. Don't know if you will get convicted or not that is up to a judge. The arrest will be on your record, and may effect your situation down the road. Might might not, I wouldn't worry about it, Unless you have prior arrests. You could get it expunged, (taken of your record, with the help of an attorney.) good luck

In the first place Mister, you touched another person without his permission, with that, you did it in a angry manner and scared him, making him afraid for his safety, whether you offered him money or not, or talked nice to him later, you grabbed him, get that through your head, you committed a crime.
I wouldn't worry about getting it off your record, I'd worry about how much time your going to spend in jail. Why did you grab him in the first place? Do you have a problem with anger? do you think you need anger management counseling? You'd better talk to someone.

Don't worry, it's just a simple thing. At least you didn't commit murder or robbed; and at least you realized your mistake and appologized. You even payed 20 bucks! Just sweat it off. It's quite funny though... ;)
