You're probably low on magnesium. Try taking a supplement containing magnesium. It should reduce or eliminate your craving.

It's just PMS. That's the only time of the month I crave chocolat. We bleed every month, we're allowed to crave whatever we want!

I think every woman does - it's one of the many joys of PMS. I suspect the changes in hormone levels cause a drop in blood sugar, but that's just a guess.
